We are 3 folks, aged 26 to 30, and we are seeking a roommate, or possibly a couple for our house on Wagner Creek Rd. It is a great location, just 5 minutes outside of Talent and 15 minutes to Ashland. The large master bedroom has its own humble, but private, bathroom. Rent is $450 or $550 for a couple and is available immediately.

About us: We are spiritual and all that, but down to Earth. We don't drink, smoke or party. (Occasional glass of wine or whatever) Mostly we enjoy peace, quiet, yoga, meditation, hiking, and playing music. We intend to create a beautiful and abundant garden in the spring on this 2 acre plot. We lack the experience in gardening and permaculture and would love to find someone who has these areas as their passion and specialty.

The property has a 700 sq. ft. separate building we are currently remodeling into a space for yoga, meditation, music and gatherings, etc. We really want to live in community and share activities and we have a great space to create this.
